This coffee is grown near the town of Los Olivos in the Amazonas region of Peru. That slice of the globe is famous for being one of the most biodiverse regions in the world, its soil is wildly fertile, and the climate is ideal for growing coffee.This organically grown, washed process coffee is grown between 1400-1700 masl.
It has simultaneously high acid and a heavy body that makes it both interesting and a delightfully balanced daily drinker. Coffee tastes like coffee, but when you’re paying attention it tastes like a lot of other things, too. This one features notes of apricot, clover honey, and spiced chocolate with a ginger tea finish.
