Robust and comforting as a drip, chocolatey and smooth as a cold brew, and a smoky, bold, espresso.

This is the same combination of beans as our Benchmark, but taken a dozen degrees hotter and 30 seconds longer when roasted.

It is the darkest coffee that we offer.

Benchmark Decaf | Colombia

Region: Colombia
Processing: washed, sugar cane
Tasting Notes: graham, citrus, milk chocolate

This decaffeinated blend is incredibly smooth and versatile. It makes a delicious espresso, cold brew, and drip.

Using the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, this coffee is gently decaffeinated while preserving the flavors that make it unique. The result is a clean, balanced cup with all the character of great coffee—just without the caffeine.

Hardy | Mexico, Chiapas

Region: Mexico
Processing: washed
Tasting Notes: graham, peanut butter cup, raisin

Grown 1200+MASL– Chiapas comes to us from a mountainous cloud forest region where the soil and the humidity produce a harvest that is known to be the best in Mexico. Once harvested, these coffee cherries undergo washed processing before being imported to the US. This is the first coffee we've offered from Mexico, and we think you'll love it as much as we do– it’s well balanced and perfect for all day sipping.

Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you’re paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. Chiapas has tasting notes of graham, peanut butter, and raisin and sits in the balanced part of our line up.

Guatemala, Finca El Pensamiento

Region: Guatemala
Processing: washed
Tasting Notes: golden apple, milk chocolate, cider, caramel

Since 2020 we've been purchasing Finca El Pensamiento, a single origin, washed-process coffee from Dina Monterroso's farm in Guatemala. The berries grow 1630 meters above sea level before they are harvested, processed, and shipped here to the States. This crop is the backbone of our Benchmark Blend, but it's also delightful roasted on its own.⁣

Finca El Pensamiento sits on the threshold between the balanced and adventurous parts of our lineup. Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you're paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. This one has notes of golden apple, milk chocolate, cider, and caramel.

Ethiopia, Guji Hambela Wamena

Region: Ethiopia
Processing: natural
Tasting Notes: strawberry, raspberry leaf, chocolate cake 

Ethiopian coffees are known for their fruity flavor profiles– Guji Hambela Wamena does not disappoint; you can smell the berries before taking the first sip.  Grown 1850-2000 MASL in a region of the country where coffee trees are younger and entering their peak production phase, once harvested, the selected cherries are then spread across raised drying beds to dry slowly for 10 to 14 days.

Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you’re paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. Guji Hambela Wamena has tasting notes of strawberry, raspberry leaf, and– as it cools– chocolate cake, and sits in the most adventurous part of our line up.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, just imagine what an entire bag of coffee is trying to say. In an effort to translate, we rigged up our printer so that you can name and gift a bag of coffee to your friend or family member.

Brew specialty coffee conveniently with these new, single-serve pour over packs from our friends at @pourtacoffee. Our locally-roasted coffee - their innovative brewing method.

These are ideal when camping, traveling, or just getting an afternoon coffee-break-for-one at your desk or kitchen counter.

Packaged with nitrogen, these have a shelf-life of 12 months.

Our bakery created a powdered hot chocolate mix that makes a great gift or pantry staple for home.  Just stir into a mug of warm milk according to the recipe on the label.  Serves 10.
