The horchata that is featured in one of our seasonal drinks is house-made in our bakery. Rice, cinnamon sticks, and almonds are soaked overnight, pulverized, double-strained, and then doctored up with whole and sweetened condensed milk.
When added to our Benchmark cold brew it makes for the most delightful, sweetened, spiced, and caffeinated iced drink of the summer.
Shelf life is 12 days, refrigerated.
