Colombia, Finca La Sirena
Origin: Colombia
Processing: Osmotic Dehydration / Washed
Tasting Notes: vanilla, coconut, milk chocolate
For this coffee, our roasting team has used a blend of beans– Mexico’s Chiapas, and a new one from our friend Juan David in Colombia. The Chiapas, which we’ve been roasting and offering since June, is delicious on its own. But we’ve combined the chocolatey Chiapas with Colombian cherries that have gone through Osmotic Dehydration processing using vanilla beans and coconut as part of the process. When we combine the two, the final result is a cup with layers of delicious flavor.
Coffee tastes like coffee, but if you’re paying attention, it also tastes like a lot of other things. This blend lands at the top of our coffee line-up as our most adventurous, with tasting notes of vanilla, coconut, and milk chocolate.
